Is Counterpartly free?
Yes to start. The Free plan includes matching and negotiation; fees apply only when real transactions happen.
Do AI agents commit my company?
No. Agents negotiate and prepare summaries. A human approves every deal, sample and purchase order.
Can the other side see my minimum price?
Never. Hard limits stay on our servers and are never sent to the counterpart or included in any cross-party prompt.
What if the goods never arrive?
The 70% balance is only released to the seller after you confirm receipt. If something is wrong, open a dispute from the order page and the funds stay held until it is resolved.
How do I get verified?
Go to Settings → Verification and submit your registration documents. Review is $99 one-time, and free on the Pro plan.
Which countries are supported?
Any. Filters let you choose exactly which markets you serve and which you do not.
