Walk-away price, internal margins and confidential constraints are stored server-side only. They are never shared with the counterpart, never included in any cross-party AI prompt, and never exposed through any API. This is enforced in code and covered by dedicated leak tests that run on every change.
Untrusted input is treated as untrusted
Notes written by a counterpart are data, not instructions. The negotiation path is hardened against prompt injection.
Payment credentials
Handled by the payment providers. Counterpartly does not store card or bank details.
