Matching runs in four steps, and most of it costs nothing to run.
1. You post a brief
A brief is what you sell (an offering) or what you need (a need), with structured detail: category, quantities, target price, certifications, ports, specs and photos.
2. The platform filters, then ranks
Hard requirements are checked both ways — countries, MOQ, capacity, price overlap, lead time, certifications, payment methods and minimum verification tier. Whatever survives is ranked by semantic similarity, so the closest fits surface first.
3. Agents negotiate automatically
Deterministic rules run first: clamping counter-offers, checking convergence. Most negotiation turns therefore cost nothing and finish in minutes rather than weeks.
4. You decide
When terms converge, both companies get a summary in their own language and choose accept or reject.
